HOW IT WORKS

    CONSULTATION

    After getting matched with a coach, you’ll have a one on one consultation call and fill out a detailed intake form to get to know your background and goals.

    ASSESSMENT

    Your coach will check your mobility and get a baseline on your strength, conditioning, and your movement levels. You must be willing to push your comfort zone to make a lasting change.

  • 4

    CUSTOM PLAN

    Every month, we will incorporate new workouts that will help you progress toward your goals. Nutrition modifications and additional assessments to accelerate your progress will be included.

MEET IDRISE

Coach Idrise is a certified personal trainer with over 25 years of experience in women's fitness.
He specializes in providing clarity amidst the confusion and misinformation in the fitness industry, with a focus on guiding women towards their fitness objectives.
As a certified EMT, LVN, and Nutritional Counselor, Coach Idrise has assisted a wide range of clients including athletes, housewives, high school students, and CEOs.
His unique skill set, which includes being a Desert Storm combat medic and Airforce veteran, helps him bring a distinct perspective to his coaching.
He also leads the Ageless Fitness For Women’s Health & Wellness Community on Facebook, where he supports and empowers women on their wellness journey.
